Hypothetical example
Put the decision in context.
A business compares a full wrap with door and rear identification. Use the actual vehicle views to decide whether extra coverage adds useful recognition.
Take these points into your brief.
Use this checklist to record what is agreed and what still needs confirmation.
- Vehicle shape and body condition
- Full versus selected-panel coverage
- Intended use and approval route
For each item, keep the requirement, the supporting file or observation, and the person responsible for confirming it together.
Choose the right approach: your next step
Write down the problem this purchase must solve and the conditions that would make an option unsuitable. Compare the alternatives against those same requirements. If an important specification or approval is unknown, mark it as pending and ask the responsible supplier to resolve it before choosing. A visual preference is useful, but it should sit alongside the practical requirements in your decision.
