Opening or rebranding? Bring the storefront and website together.

01

One opening brief, with a choice of services

Your sign helps a customer recognise the premises. Your website explains what you offer and how to contact you. Planning them together can prevent mismatched names, artwork and opening information. You can request signage only, website only, or both; each scope is agreed clearly.

  • New premises, relocation or a change of identity.
  • Shopfront signage, relevant printed graphics and a customer-facing website.
  • Project coordination across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman.

02

Separate the decisions that control the opening

Confirm the premises, business identity, contact details and available brand files first. Signage depends on the actual surface, dimensions, access and approval route. Website work depends on content, the customer journey and who owns the domain. An opening date should be checked against these dependencies.

  • Landlord and authority requirements identified for the actual site.
  • Production starts from an approved specification.
  • Website ownership, content and enquiry recipients confirmed.

03

Make every handoff clear

Auronix coordinates design and delivery scope with the relevant production and installation partners. The proposal should distinguish design, production, installation, website work and any approval preparation. Authority decisions and third-party turnaround are outside a design team’s control.

  • Ask which items are included and which are optional.
  • Separate authority fees from preparation and production charges.
  • Agree who signs off artwork and who can authorise site access.

04

Send the opening details you already know

The emirate, type of premises, current stage and target date are enough to start a discussion. Add dimensions and a storefront photo when available. If the premises are not confirmed, the first task is to identify what can be planned now and what must wait for a survey.
