UAE Annual Leave Salary Rules
Employees in the UAE are entitled to a fully paid annual leave of 30 days after completing one year of service.
According to the UAE Labour Law, the wage for the annual leave period is calculated based on the employee's full wage (Basic Salary + Allowances).
Formula: (Total Monthly Salary / 30) × Number of Leave Days.
